Bespoke packages of care

Welcome to our service, where we prioritize a person-centred, strengths-based, and outcome-oriented approach. Our experienced team of professionals is dedicated to facilitating seamless TCP discharges for both adults and children. We provide immediate therapeutic input based on the principles of positive behaviour support. With an in-house multi-disciplinary team, we offer comprehensive clinical support, intervention, and training tailored to individual needs.

Customised Care and Service

We have extensive experience in assisting individuals with complex needs, particularly those transitioning from secure inpatient settings. Our expertise extends to supporting individuals subject to Part III of the Mental Health Act and specific orders, including:*

  • S.37/41 Hospital Order with Restrictions

  • S.41 Restrictive Patient

  • S.45A&B Hospital and Limitation Direction

  • Community Treatment Order (CTO)

  • S.37 Hospital Order
